Step 1: Complete the Proof of Personhood (PoP) Challenge

To get started, you’ll need to prove that you’re unique onchain. Here’s how:

1. Log into the Anima dApp (dapp.anima.io) with your preferred wallet.

2. Complete the PoP challenge by using your device’s webcam for a quick, privacy-preserving scan.

   • The system creates a cryptographic representation of your face without storing personal information.

3. Verify your humanity and mint your initial Reputation NFT.

Step 2: Level up your Reputation NFT

Your Reputation NFT isn’t static—it levels up with your re-authetification. Every two weeks, you have the opportunity to complete a new PoP challenge:

• Log back into the Anima dApp dapp.anima.io.

• Click on “Level Up reputation” and complete the next PoP challenge to confirm that you are the same person as your first PoP challenge.

• Pay $1 fee with the blockchain of your choice and your NFT will be updated, boosting your level.

Step 3: Engage in Quests and Activities (coming soon)

Partners projects and Anima offer quests on our Dapp:

• Complete tasks set by Anima or partner projects.

• Earn additional points with level up quest.

Step 4: Keep Your Status Active

While your level remains intact, some opportunities—like quests or rewards—may require active status.
