We’re thrilled to have launched the Alpha version of our dApp, and we're excited to share that this is only the beginning! The purpose of our dApp is to create a truly Sybil-resistant, bot-free ecosystem where engagement is genuine and rewards are earned fairly.
Our first milestone was the launch of our Sybil-resistant layer, powered by the Reputation NFT: a Soulbound Token that’s gated by our unique Proof of Personhood challenge.
So far, over 200,000 early adopters have minted their Reputation NFT during our proof of concept, signaling the strength of our community and the importance of authenticity in Web3.
Next, we’ll be focusing on building on-chain reputation through the introduction of quests. These will form a core component of our ecosystem, creating even more opportunities for real, engaged users to participate and grow their reputation.
Together, we view Sybil resistance and on-chain reputation as the two foundational pillars of a true Web3 identity. The Explore page will serve as the central hub for discovering a variety of quests hosted by projects and protocols across the crypto space. These quests will be customized to match the specific needs of each project or protocol, offering a tailored experience them to engage with their community. One key advantage of our Sybil-resistant layer is that Syblers won’t have access to these quests. This ensures that only verified users with a Reputation NFT can participate, protecting the value of rewards and enhancing the trustworthiness of each quest. Because Sybil attackers are excluded, the rewards will be more meaningful and valuable for real users, incentivizing deeper engagement with each protocol.
Additionally, Anima Protocol itself will host its own quests directly on the dApp. This means that beyond exploring external quests, you’ll have the chance to participate in unique, Anima-hosted challenges that will further enrich your onchain reputation and engagement within our growing ecosystem.
